1. Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act 2023 Compliance
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP), you are recognized as a Data Principal. CloudGUI acts as a Data Fiduciary and strictly guarantees your statutory rights:

2. Sovereign Indian Data Residency (Zero Overseas Egress)
All customer database records, billing profiles, and compute storage buckets are physically hosted in AWS Asia Pacific regions within the territory of India:
Primary database clusters, Graviton3 compute, and S3 storage.
Disaster recovery failover & Anycast DNS edge routing.
3. CERT-In Mandatory 180-Day Cyber Security Logging
In compliance with CERT-In Order No. 20(3)/2022-CERT-In under Section 70B of the Information Technology Act, we maintain encrypted, immutable logs of authentication events, IP addresses, server provisioning timestamps, and financial ledger references for 180 days. These logs are protected with SHA-256 cryptographic hashing.
